Maya Amar obtained her Law Degree from the Université de Montréal and her Masters of Law degree specializing in Criminal Law from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California.

Me Amar joined Boro Polnicky Lighter in 2012. Since then she has represented individuals charged with various criminal and penal offences in Quebec and Ontario, including aggravated assault, attempted murder, impaired driving, domestic violence, narcotics offences, robbery, theft and fraud.

Me Amar is dedicated to defend her client’s rights throughout the criminal law process.
