Gabriel Fosse is a triple graduate of the Université of Sherbrooke's Faculty of Law. During his career, he has accumulated practical, pro bono and competition experience, enabling him to acquire in-depth knowledge of his field. He joined Boro Frigon Gordon Jones as an articling student and now practices there as a criminal lawyer.
Me Fosse defends people accused of various criminal and statutory offences. He believes that a crime does not define a person, and every person deserves to be defended.
Respect for the constitutional rights guaranteed by the Charter is an important issue for Me Fosse. In order to ensure his clients’ best interests, whenever he has the opportunity to do so, he takes all the necessary steps to ensure that any prejudice suffered by them is redressed through the granting of appropriate compensation. He considers this is to be both a passion and a duty.
