Me Robert Polnicky has more than 30 years of experience as a criminal defense attorney. He began his career in 1982 with the Montreal Legal Aid Office and in 2002, with Me Jeffrey Boro and Me Daniel Lighter, he founded the firm Boro Frigon Gordon Jones.
Me Polnicky has participated in the presentation of courses in criminal and penal law at the university level and he has also presented at corporate conferences on criminal law and penal law in Montreal and abroad.
Over the course of his professional career, Me Polnicky has pleaded throughout the Province of Quebec at all court levels and he has developed an expertise in cases involving narcotics, impaired driving, and competition law.
