Me Dylan Jones obtained his Civil Law and Common Law Degrees from the University of Ottawa. Me Jones joined Boro Polnicky Lighter as an intern in the summer of 2010 and has remained with the firm ever since.
Me Jones has focused his practice on criminal and penal law specifically cases involving impaired driving, fraud, domestic violence, drug, theft, assault, extradition, and road safety infractions.
He has also handled cases with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the Chief Firearms Officer of Quebec and the Société des Assurances Automobile du Québec. Me Jones also assists victims of crime and those applying for pardons and immigration waivers.
Me Jones has argued cases before all levels of courts in Quebec as well as in Ontario.
